Angular, make ng serve available to other devices

Problem:
Standard ng serve only allows for access via localhost:4200.

Solution:
ng serve --host 192.168.0.xxx

Material Design in Angular, overriding specific css

Problem: 
Angular Material Design button greys out as a hover effect. Standard css override failed.

Solution: 
Adding '/deep/' to the css definition.
